We can offer you our easy to use yearbook software with thousands of templates, fonts and design options built specifically for yearbook design for ony $349. Or you can use software you already know such as Canva or Adobe InDesign. Canva maybe free for some schools.

Yes, with our software or Canva you can have multiple people help design the book.

Once you finish designing and submitting the yearbook, we will work our magic and in a few days send you a link to your own school yearbook. The link can then be emailed to everyone in your school for quick and easy access. Your Pixel Yearbook can be password protected.

With our design software we offer unlimited technical support to help you through the process. If you are using Canva, they offer technical support through chat and possibly other means.

Once you submit the yearbook, it takes up to five business days to receive the link to your masterpiece.

For a limited time, Pixel Yearbooks is offering 1 year of unlimited access to everyone in your school for one low price of $899. Plus, each student can download the forever digital download PDF which allows access on any device forever. Yes you heard it correctly, everyone in the school gets the mobile yearbook for only $899.

If you need to use our design software there is a one time fee of only $350. Canva is free to schools in most cases but does have some limitations.

Selling personal business ads in the yearbook is an easy way to help pay the entire cost of your Pixel Yearbooks or to help pay for other needs at the schools.

Send email blasts to your students offering mom and dad or grandma and grandpa the opportunity to place a custom personal ad in the book celebrating their graduate. You decide how much to charge for a quarter page, half page or full page ad and all the money you collect is yours.

Offer the same opportunity to place an ad to the local business community and you keep all the funds.

At this time, the ability to sign each others mobile yearbook online is not available.

However, we can provide students with our ClassSign, eight page customized printed booklet that students can sign. The ClassSign signing booklet is only $5.00 each and can be ordered online. Minium of 25 required. Shipping rates apply.

You can include an unlimited number of pages in your Pixel Yearbook. You are no longer limited by the constraints of a traditional yearbook.

Yes, your digital yearbook can be downloaded as a PDF so you can have access to it on any of your desktop, laptop, iPad or other mobile devices.

Technically, yes. As long as you have a non-watermarked PDF of your current yearbook we can usually produce a Pixel Yearbook. The PDF does need to be formatted in a particular way but we can help you with that.

Keep in mind, whichever company you published your yearbook with may have language in the contract preventing you from creating a digital yearbook or printing the yearbook with any other vendor. You'll need to check your contract before attempting to use our service.

This is tricky. If you have a PDF of the yearbook, theoretically, we could recreate a digital version of your yearbook to distribute to your classmates. However, a PDF of the old yearbook is going to be hard to find.

There are companies on the internet who will scan your yearbook and email you a PDF that can then be sent to us for recreation as a Pixel Yearbook.

However, there may be copyright laws in some states that might prevent you from using your old yearbook to create a digital copy. If you want to reproduce any part of the yearbook, including photos, text, or designs, you generally need to obtain permission from the copyright holder who could be the school or the photographer in most cases.  

Obviously, we are not lawyers and certainly don't know the laws in every state. We'd recommend contacting an attorney in your state to seek answers.
